По инициативе НОТИМ, при поддержке Минстроя России, Общественного совета при Минстрое России, ДОМ.РФ, Союза Архитекторов России и других государственных и общественных организаций состоится Четвертый открытый архитектурный конкурс «МАЛОЭТАЖНЫЙ СТАНДАРТ 2025/26. Цифровая трансформация».

Приглашаем профессиональное сообщество принять участие в конкурсе, задачами которого являются:

- выявление лучших новаторских приемов организации пространств застройки индивидуальным жильем для создания нового стиля и качества жизни;

- выявление лучших проектов домов (линейки домов) для современной массовой индустриальной индивидуальной малоэтажной застройки пригородов или исторических центров малых городов и городских поселений.

- Популяризация преимуществ проектирования, строительства и эксплуатации малоэтажной застройки с помощью цифровых технологий.
